Our story

Hamilton Hill Pizza is a small family-run pizza business tucked away in Hamilton Hill, Western Australia.

Our story began during COVID. At the time, our woodfired pizza restaurant was forced to close its doors. One of our chefs, Alberto, was from Bergamo in Northern Italy — one of the hardest-hit regions in the world during the pandemic. With work drying up, he faced losing his visa and being forced to return home at the worst possible time.

We couldn't let that happen.

So we started making our organic sourdough pizza bases and delivering them around Perth to anyone who would take them. First it was local families. Then bottle shops came on board. Then general stores. Before long, businesses like Dirty Clean Food and other retailers were stocking our pizzas, and the business continued to grow.

Today, we've expanded into the shop next door to Pear Tree Café, where we continue to make the same handcrafted pizzas using traditional methods and quality ingredients. Our dough is naturally fermented for three days using organic sourdough starter and non gmo Italian flour . We use premium cheeses including La Delizia mozzarella and real cheddar cheese, along with carefully selected local and imported ingredients.

Every pizza is pre-baked in our Italian oven, blast chilled and vacuum sealed to lock in freshness. They will keep in your fridge for up to two weeks or in your freezer for up to six months.

What started as a way to survive COVID has become something much bigger.

Today it's all about convenience. Life is busy, and not every family has time to wait for takeaway. Our pizzas let you enjoy restaurant-quality pizza whenever it suits you. Keep a box in the fridge or freezer and dinner is only minutes away.

Simply bake for 5–7 minutes and dinner is done.

No waiting for delivery.
No takeaway queues.
No last-minute dinner stress.

Just real pizza, made with care in Hamilton Hill, ready whenever you are
